AMBON, KOMPAS.com-Maluku Provincial Police will coordinate with local high prosecution and trial for murder penagdilan Chief Editor (Pimred) Tabloid Rainbow, Alfrets Mirulewan, to be held at the Ambon District Court.
"We have coordinated with the prosecutor of the Moluccas to apply to the Attorney General for Mirulewan murder trial of the case at the Ambon District Court," said Adjunct Direskrim Maluku Police Commissioner Jhony Siah in Ambon on Saturday (22/01/2011).
According Siahaan, removal of place of the hearing have been considered carefully, given the limited facilities and infrastructure supporting the trial, as well as the security situation ahead of the implementation of the second round of elections in Southwest Maluku District (MBD), which is scheduled to take place early February 2011.
"It's the scene in Wonreli, Kisar, MBD district, but there has not been any court office, as well as in West Southeast Maluku District (MTB) during this hearing process conducted in the District Court Tual," he said.
